H. E. Margaret . M. Otteskov, Ambassador of Uganda to the Nordics and Baltic States joined other Heads of Diplomatic Missions at Christiansborg Palace, in Copenhagen for a New Year’s reception at the invitation of the His  Majesty King Frederik X , the King of Denmark.
